The Burpee is a great full body exercise that can be completed everywhere. Its an explosive movement which works your whole body.
Start standing upright with your hands by your sides, nextpush the hips backwards and lowering the upper body so your hands are floor.
Once your hands are on the floor extend the legs to the rear so that you are now in a press up position.
Next lower the body so that the chest and quads touch the floor then raise back up and jump the feet forward and stand back up to the upright position.
You can add a jump and clap at the end of the movement.
Tip: Do the burpees in quick succession for higher intensity and an even bigger calorie burning effect...
