A pioneering new fitness concept is preparing to launch in Amersham which will deliver a whole new way of achieving total fitness for people of every age and ability, without a treadmill in sight. 

Opening on 18 June CrossFit Chiltern will be one of a kind to the area, based on the unique CrossFit concept which has already transformed the way people keep fit all over the world.

Unlike any other fitness programme, gym or bootcamp, CrossFit is results-driven and workouts are based on constantly varied and functional movements which are performed at relatively high intensity, reflecting the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
